The INTER HOUSE is a collaboration project between students from the School of Mines of Colorado-United States of America, the National School of Architecture and Cadi Ayyad University of Marrakech-Morocco
INTER HOUSE highlights intercultural architecture, interactive energy management systems, integrated control systems and interaction with the environment. Making cost-effective decisions such as the use of local building materials, which will attract low- and middle-income housing developers in Morocco. The team implemented innovative technologies such as user control and intelligent systems monitoring. These technologies allow users to adjust comfort levels and also maintain efficient systems
